In order for the product to be returned by our company, the product packaging and box contents must not be damaged, and the product must be in a new resalable condition. It is obligatory to return the original of the cargo delivery receipt and the sales invoice and the 2 copies on the cargo package. Our company takes steps to return the product price to the customer's credit card within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. Our company is not responsible for the problems that will be caused by the bank in the return of the product price. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature; The right of return cannot be used for disposable products, reproducible software and programs, products that deteriorate rapidly or have expired. The use of the right to return for all kinds of software and programs, computers and consumables is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product is unused.

If the product you purchased breaks down due to production errors during the usage period, your product will be repaired free of charge by the authorized service station within the warranty period. In the absence of a service station, the product is sent by us to the manufacturer or importer.

If you have received the necessary report from the service station, or if you want to have the product repaired through us because there is no service station, you must contact us below before sending the product. You should not send it without consulting us. Do not forget to send the Invoice and Warranty Certificate with the product.

Product Warranty

The products are covered by the manufacturer's or importer's warranty. Defects that occur in the products you have purchased during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge according to the warranty conditions detailed below.

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer, and unless otherwise stated, adapters are 1 year and LEDs are at least three years. In case of malfunction of the product, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period.
